Because each print is made to order

All Torque Arxive prints are produced on demand, specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference after delivery

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

  • No need to return the damaged item

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Issues

If an order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, we will work with our production partner to find the best solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (reprint)

  • Or a partial / full refund

Print Variations

Please note that slight variations in print placement or color may occur as part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Damage after delivery

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including but not limited to improper handling, framing, exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may require additional fees for reshipping.
